Switchboard Operator PRN

POSITION SUMMARY

Available to work morning, evening, and night shift. Answer all calls in a courteous and timely manner. Ability to update any-and all information when necessary. Call out "on call" employees as needed in call group.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of experience in a similar position is required.
• Correctly operate telephone equipment and other equipment used by switchboard personnel.
• Must have a strong visual and hearing acuity and manual dexterity.
• Strong oral communication skills and must have the ability to sit for long periods of time.
