Requirements

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED
Industry specific Service Writer/Advisor experience
Extensive knowledge of medium and heavy-duty truck repair and parts
Ability to communicate equally well with customers, Technicians and leadership
Valid driver’s license
Proficient computer skills for iTrack data entry, use of vendor-based web applications and MS Office Outlook
Ability to stand, sit and walk within the shop and office
Ability to climb in and out of customer vehicles
Ability to safety lift 20 pounds
