Essential Functions:

- Prepare and operate the assigned machine for production runs, which includes setting up, calibrating, and adjusting machine settings to meet specific product requirements.
- Load and unload materials into assigned machine, such as lumber, corrugated, and/or foam.
- Identifying and resolving any mechanical or operational issues that may arise during production.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns, including replacing expendable tooling.
- Perform and document quality checks to identify defects and ensure the finished product meets print requirements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures and monitor all work processes to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assisting in training new operators and providing support as needed.
- Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production-related tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, production numbers, inventory of materials, and any issues encountered.
- Report any safety, production, quality, or machine issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Skills/Abilities:
Ability to read and understand work instructions, as well as to communicate effectively.
Ability to work scheduled work hours, along with occasional required overtime.
Ability to effectively self-manage time and service multiple areas.
Supervisory Responsibility: None.

Physical requirements include:
Bending, reaching, stretching, kneeling, and stooping.
Standing for up to 8 hours at a time.
Frequently lifting, pulling, and pushing of materials up to 30 lbs., and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
Travel: None.
Working Conditions: The work environment for this position is a warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels. The environment may be dusty and may experience temperature fluctuations based on weather which exposes the employee to outdoor conditions.
