Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Process payments and return correct change
- Answer questions about menu items and services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor cash drawer balances and reconcile at shift end
- Communicate special orders or shortages to kitchen staff
- Correct and resolve order issues professionally
- Support concession operations as needed
