The Role: We’re looking for temporary, seasonal help in our custom framing department to assemble high-quality custom frames that meet order specifications and customer expectations during our peak season. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about accuracy, and comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role directly supports on-time production goals and contributes to the consistent delivery of quality products by following standardized procedures and safety protocols throughout the graduating season. This is currently a temporary role lasting 60 days. However, there may be potential to either extend the temporary assignment or convert to a permanent position in the event the temporary employee demonstrates outstanding reliability, accuracy, and productivity, as well as if the business determines additional headcount is needed in this area after the conclusion of the temporary assignment. What You’ll Do: Read and interpret work orders to pull correct materials, including glass, plexiglass, joined frames, and other components. Assemble frames according to job specifications with focus on accuracy and finish. Inspect materials and final products to ensure they meet quality standards. Use tools and equipment safely and effectively (e.g., glass cutters, framing stations). Follow safety protocols, including the use of PPE when handling glass or sharp materials. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow standard operating procedures. Communicate production concerns or material issues promptly to supervisors. Follows all standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Performs other duties as assigned.
