What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and support production activities on wash plant, crushing plant, and jaw plants.
• Perform ground labor including cleanup, maintenance, and assisting equipment operators as needed.
• Support and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Assist with plant inspections, identifying issues, and communicating needed repairs or adjustments.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, environmental compliance, and efficient daily operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to interpret technical information and apply strong practical problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced operational environments and comfort working in field or plant settings.
• Demonstrated initiative in identifying opportunities for process or equipment improvements.
• Mechanical aptitude and/or fabrication skills (considered an asset but not required).

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• $46.12 to $46.12 per hour
