About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on buildings and grounds.
- Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
