Recruiting Specialist

Staffmark is recruiting for a Direct Hire, Recruiting Specialist - Manufacturing for our client located in Monroe, NC. Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process in seeking and selecting candidates, leading contract recruiters and guiding managers and employees through the selection process.
• Performs pre-employment activities and new hire onboarding orientations.
• General HR support in fielding employee questions, inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-5 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelors degree or Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software to include (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines and ability to multi-task on multiple activities/projects at any one given time.
• Detail oriented.
