Description

The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage a high volume of customer inquiries and ensure the smooth operation of the service department.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, service retention, and revenue generation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
