Fiore Legal is an incredibly fast-moving law firm that is all about delivering the absolute best client experience. We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team of dedicated professionals. Our practice is primarily focused on automotive and premises personal injury cases.



Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of personal injury experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Investigative mindset
  • Ability to manage high volume of cases
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
  • Familiar with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications


Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in CA, WA,, and/or AZ/OR
  • Experience utilizing AI tools

Responsibilities

  • Client communication
  • E-filing
  • Drafting shells for motions/pleadings
  • Calendaring discovery deadlines
  • Letters to counsel, client, and other parties involved
  • Assisting with scheduling Depos, mediations, DMEs
  • Getting records from Experts
  • Preparing docs (jury fees, CMC statements, subpoenas, meet & confers)
  • Trial doc prep (exhibits binders and trial binders) 
  • Follow the Code of Civil Procedure 
  • Propound/ Respond to Discovery 
  • You may be responsible for communicating with insurance companies, experts, and other third-party vendors
  • You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining clients' electronic files within our case management systems
