- 7+ years’ experience in retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects
- Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Adobe Suite
- Strong knowledge of wood, concrete and steel construction and detailing
- Knowledge of current codes and regulations
- Responsible for Construction Document Preparation, addressing plan check comments and coordinating with Project Manager and ConsultantsÂ
- Ability to address construction issues, RFI's and review shop drawings
- Perform field verifications and produce as-built documents
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
