Position Overview
F&M Trust is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Financial Services Representative to join our team at the Mont Alto Community Office. As a Senior FSR, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their financial needs through exceptional service, accurate transaction processing, and personalized banking solutions. This is a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week.
What You Will Do
- Provide outstanding customer service while performing a variety of teller and account service functions
- Develop strong customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and services
- Open, service, and maintain consumer deposit accounts
- Assist with business account services and operational transactions
- Handle advanced customer inquiries and banking requests professionally
- Support branch efficiency through compliance with policies and procedures
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for coworkers and promote teamwork
- Contribute to branch service and business goals
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Enjoys building relationships and helping customers succeed financially
- Possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
- Works effectively in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent
- Has previous banking, financial services, or related experience preferred
