What You Can Earn
$35–$45+ per hour, based on experience and performance, including incentive opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a professional craftsman who can walk into a customer's home, understand the problem, communicate confidently, and deliver work they're proud to put their name on.
You should have strong, hands-on experience across several areas such as:
- Carpentry and finish carpentry
- Drywall installation and repair
- Doors and trim
- Cabinetry and shelving
- Painting and finishing
- Tile and general home repairs
- Punch-list and maintenance work
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
Just as important as your technical ability: you need to be great with people.
