This position involves overseeing and coordinating office procedures and resources, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and supporting other staff members as needed. The Office Administrator is integral in maintaining efficient workflows and fostering a productive work environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role. Essential Functions: Schedule job interviews. Onboard new hires and conduct orientation. Ensure compliance with records retention policies and regulations for the designated region. Compile accident reports, facilitate post-accident DOT drug testing coordination, and manage the filing process for workers' compensation and auto accident claims. Compute, prepare, and administer payroll processing. Initiate terminations for final approval from Human Resources. Prepare employee disciplinary warnings for review by the corporate Human Resources Department. Perform other duties as requested Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school, or a combination of two years of related administrative experience or education. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Windows. Capable of exercising sound judgment to plan and execute tasks, and adept at following detailed written and verbal instructions. Proficient in calculating figures such as piece rates, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Skilled in problem definition, data collection, fact establishment, and drawing valid conclusions
