Sunayu, LLC has an exciting new opportunity to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC). We are looking for professionals to help us manage and modernize the IT infrastructure that drives world-class language instruction for the DLIFLC’s diverse academic community.

Basic Qualifications & Background

The person in this position will serve in the datacenter support group, which includes the responsibilities of proper configuration and support of domain system servers, SAN, NAS, backup systems, identity management, and security of the datacenter. The duties will include managing development/sustainment, staging, production systems in a hybrid cloud/datacenter environment. The duties will include planning, installation, maintenance during or after-work hours, troubleshooting, and managing all System servers and applications.

• Must have experience with Microsoft O365, VMWare, Vsphere and NsX-T, Linux Red Hat, Windows Server, SQL, MySQL, EMC SAN technologies and applications, Active Directory, AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Require to have deep technical knowledge: Expertise in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, storage technologies, cloud computing platforms, and security best practices.
• Must have problem-solving skills: Strong analytical abilities to diagnose complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Must have experience maintaining a high availability hybrid data centers.

Education & Certifications

• BA/BS degree with a minimum of 5+ years
• AA/AS degree with 7+ year’s experience
• 9+ years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
• IAT Level II  (CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) certification and applicable CE/OS Certification.

Pay Rate

Salary range considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
