With an anticipated enrollment of approximately 200 students, including PK, and fewer than 40 students currently identified with IEPs requiring speech therapy services, this is an exciting opportunity to help establish and shape services in a brand-new school community. You'll work closely with students, families, teachers, and support staff to ensure students receive the individualized support they need to thrive academically, socially, and developmentally.

What youll do:
Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments to identify student communication needs
Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans aligned with student goals
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development, accommodations, and progress monitoring
Maintain accurate documentation, compliance records, progress reports, and service logs
Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that fosters communication growth
What youll need:
Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and appropriate school-based credentials, if required
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience working in a school setting preferred
Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation requirements, and student-centered service delivery
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
