Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential properties.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues to provide effective solutions.
- Perform inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls in a timely manner.
- Educate customers on plumbing systems, providing maintenance advice and guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members and assist in training apprentices as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program preferred.
- Valid plumbing license as required by local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
- Due to insurance requirements, applicants must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
