Essential functions: Enter weekly grant data and payments into accounting system timely and accurately Responsible for weekly processing of: all grants and related payments; adjustments including voiding, reissuing, and cancellations through the accounting system. Responsible for following appropriate processes and protocols in the grants management process Manage and maintain grant-related records and files Monitor invoices received and input invoices into accounting system Assist in weekly check run preparation. QualificationsQualifications: At least 2-5 years accounts payable experience Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple tasks including prioritizing, organizing and meeting deadlines Ability to process large volumes of transactions Associates degree required; Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field preferred
