This individual will bring a thoughtful, high-quality design solutions across a diverse range of project types. Our clients team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence, and we are seeking a talented Architectural 3D Renderer Modeler to help bring our designs to life.

What You’ll Do

Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and architectural visualizations for a variety of projects.
Create compelling exterior and interior perspectives, animations, and presentation graphics.
Collaborate closely with architects and designers to interpret design concepts and translate them into accurate, visually engaging presentations.
Produce renderings that effectively communicate design intent, materials, lighting, scale, and architectural details.
Assist with basic drafting, drawing production, and architectural detailing as needed.
Maintain consistency with project design standards, presentation requirements, and company branding.
Review and incorporate design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while adapting to evolving project requirements.
Contribute creative ideas to improve the quality and effectiveness of visual presentations.

What You’ll Bring

Proven professional experience in architectural rendering, 3D modeling, or visualization
Proficiency in SketchUp and Enscape — required
Basic AutoCAD drafting skills — required
Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, composition, scale, and architectural detailing
Ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and 3D models
Strong attention to detail and a highly developed visual and design sensibility
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a collaborative environment
Portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural rendering and visualization work required
