Seneca Foods in Montgomery, MN is currently seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team! The Assistant Warehouse Manager will help with planning, organizing and directing the daily warehouse operations at our facility.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage Warehouse employees
Schedules and directs movement of product
Directs labeling, shipping, and receiving
Coordinates incoming freight
Coordinates the scheduling of required maintenance projects
Ensure compliance with 100% TRACEABILITY policy
Coordinates Safety and Food Safety program compliance

Qualifications:

Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to direct and supervise department employees
Good knowledge of warehouse operations
Ability to organize and direct multiple projects simultaneously
High School education with some post-high school education/training or equivalent work experience
Associate degree or above preferred
2 to 5 years’ experience as a Group Leader and/or Supervisor involved with labeling, packaging, warehousing, shipping or similar field

Starting salary range based on skills, abilities and experience from 70K-85K.
