Employee Discounts Responsibilities:  Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner Obtain vehicle information to provide customers with accurate estimates Prepare repair orders Explain services and associated costs Follow-up with customers regarding their service visits Handle customer complaints in a polite and understanding way Update customers on the status of their vehicle repair Generate additional sales revenue through sales presentations     INDSJMU QualificationsQualifications: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred Tekion/CDK experience a PLUS and basic computer experience required Must understand automotive service and repair procedures Positive attitude and strong communication skills Must have a valid driver’s license Pre-employment drug screen
