Stivers Ford Lincoln of Montgomery is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.

The BDR is responsible for communicating with customers who inquire about purchasing a vehicle and helping turn those opportunities into dealership appointments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads quickly and professionally

• Make and receive customer phone calls

• Communicate with customers through phone, text, and email

• Set appointments for customers to visit the dealership

• Follow up with customers who have not yet purchased

• Confirm upcoming appointments

• Maintain accurate notes and customer information in the CRM

• Work closely with the BDC, salespeople, and management

• Meet individual and department performance goals

• Provide a professional and positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and phone skills

• Positive, energetic attitude

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

• Organized and able to manage multiple customer conversations

• Dependable and punctual

• Coachable and willing to learn

• Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment

• Basic computer and typing skills

• Automotive or BDC experience is preferred, but not required
