JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of secure, scalable systems for managing user and machine identities and access, primarily in a single specialized domain such as identity governance, privileged access management, or user authentication. Oversees account provisioning, access control policies, or integration of authentication mechanisms within their domain area while ensuring continuous monitoring and compliance. Contributes to efficient user management practices and cross-functional initiatives to proactively prevent unauthorized access.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Â
- Implement and maintain IAM solutions, including authentication, authorization, privileged access management, and identity governance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance.
- Apply established policies and procedures to administer user and privileged access, ensuring compliance with best practices, including zero trust and least privilege models.
- Collaborate with team members to share information, interpret requirements, and resolve issues related to identity and access management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes, systems, or products by identifying and implementing enhancements that positively impact job area performance.
- Monitor access controls and respond to access-related security incidents, performing initial analysis and recommending system adjustments or enhancements to improve job area effectiveness.
- Develop and update technical documentation to support ongoing IAM operations and ensure knowledge transfer across teams and follow robust DevOps processes.

Education - Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in a science, technology, engineering, or math discipline

Experience - Required
- 3 years related work experience.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
