What You’ll Do
- Â Support licensed electricians with industrial installations and repairs
- Â Learn and apply electrical codes, safety practices, and wiring standards
- Â Assist with organizing tools, materials, and job site clean-up
- Â Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Â Participate in regular training to enhance your technical skills
What We’re Looking For
- Â Willingness to learn and grow in the electrical trade
- Â Drug-free with a clean criminal background
-  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Â Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
-  Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, or tight areas
- Â Professional appearance and commitment to safety and quality
- Â Authorized to work in the United States
