About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to infants' developmental milestones.
- Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for infants to explore and grow.
- Monitor and document each child's progress and developmental needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and daily activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning environment.
- Maintain compliance with all state regulations and health standards.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Must possess a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
- Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
