Schedules Available:
- Full Time, 1st Shift, Saturday to Tuesday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform basic cleaning and sanitation functions in the building (sweeping floor, wiping equipment and walls, disinfecting areas of the plant);
- Provide robotics sanitation functions and drum cleaning in the facility;
- Utilize hand and power tools are required on machine parts to remove, clean, or re-assemble equipment;
- Must wear proper PPE (steel toed shoes, safety glasses, paint suits, etc.);
- Perform repetitive physical tasks including working in confined space, and lifting up to 50lbs;
- Work in hot manufacturing areas to clean and maintain robotic paint arms, remove covers, and sanitize machinery;
- Work from heights of up to 10 ft. to reach and maintain robotic equipment;
- Work from confined spaces as required to perform in-between and beneath machine equipment functions, including paint lines, grates, and other heavy equipment as required;
- Utilize heavy water blasting to clean conveyor lines, walls, floors, and mechanical chains;
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Industrial cleaning experience is considered an asset;
- Experience using hand-tools for maintenance is an asset;
- Previous experience working in an industrial environment or at a heavy labourer capacity is an asset;
- Motivated and self-driven person; team player attitude with a willingness to learn;
- Safety conscious with an attention to detail;
- Must be able to work all weekends including overtime as required;
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to Montgomery, AL for work.
