Pallet Repair Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Pallet Repair Technician to join a busy warehouse operation. This position is responsible for repairing, rebuilding, and preparing wooden pallets for reuse in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well with their hands, and is comfortable using hand tools and power tools throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming pallets for damage or defects
• Repair pallets by replacing broken boards and components
• Use hand tools, nail guns, and other equipment to complete repairs
• Sort pallets based on condition and repair needs
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Meet daily production and quality standards

Requirements

• Experience using basic hand tools or power tools preferred
• Comfortable performing physical labor in a warehouse setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent schedule

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse or pallet yard environment
• Repetitive lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift
• Work performed both indoors and outdoors depending on facility

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay: $21 per hour
