Campbell Supply Company is a leading commercial and emergency vehicle dealership with seven locations across NJ and NY. We are committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. Our Parts Delivery Drivers are a critical part of keeping our facilities stocked and our customers obtaining the quickest turnaround time for repairs. You will also spend time in the warehouse ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order processing, and smooth warehouse operations. This will include receiving shipments, organizing products, preparing outbound orders, and maintaining detailed inventory records. 

Job Summary

The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting parts between our customers and other Campbell Supply locations, conducting safe driving habits, improving customer service, and ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the parts delivery process. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in delivery operation.

Responsibilities

  • Understand check-in processes for incoming parts and reporting missing items

  • Pull and prepare parts for routes

  • Customer communication, greeting etiquette, and payment collection

  • Complete pick tickets during downtime to assist warehouse operations

  • Use internal systems for reporting, scheduling, and documentation

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify accuracy against packing lists

  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas; ensure proper labeling and accessibility

  • Perform stock counts, cycle counts, and assist with physical inventory audits

  • Pick, pack, and accurately label items for outbound shipments, including your own

  • Prepare products for delivery, ensuring secure and damage-free packaging

  • Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing items

  • Prioritize urgent orders and communicate delays or issues


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Previous delivery driver and warehouse experience preferred

  • Understanding of safe driving practices, delivery operations, and customer service

  • Experience with delivery management systems (Elite Extra, Samsara) preferred

  • Familiarity with CRM or dealership management software is a plus (training provided)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs; team lifts required for heavier parts

  • Travel to multiple Campbell Supply locations required
