Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in NY)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
