If you are committed to fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment, we encourage you to apply.  QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (required) Valid Alabama teaching certification (preferred or as required) Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and staff Must successfully pass all required background screenings Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Alabama First Class Pre-K Standards. Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment. Monitor and document children's developmental progress. Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians. Collaborate with school leadership and fellow educators. Ensure compliance with all program policies and licensing requirements.
