What We're Looking For: We need a skilled and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in framing, decking, and exterior trim work. Our ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience and a deep understanding of building codes, construction best practices, and high-end outdoor building materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the construction of decks, porticos, pergolas, and porch roofs
  • Conduct pre-installation site visits to assess feasibility, scope of work, and client needs
  • Demonstrate knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards of practice to guarantee compliance from building team
  • Coordinate and manage simultaneous outdoor living space projects to provide timely completion and budgetary compliance for clients
  • Maintain efficient communication between clients, subcontractors, and the production team
  • Utilize project management software for daily tasks including, but not limited to: tracking project progress, managing material supply inventories and orders, writing project addendums, managing communication with vendors and trade partners, and maintaining quality of service for clients
  • Participate in regular team meetings and company training sessions

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in framing, decking, and exterior trim work is required
  • Firm understanding and experience with building codes and industry standards related to concrete flatwork, patios, stamped concrete, and pavers
  • Extensive knowledge of composite decking brands such as TimberTech and Azek
  • Expertise in hardwood materials for outdoor construction projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software such as BuilderTrend, Quickbase, or similar tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds independently (100+ pounds with assistance)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
