Full-Time Leadership Role| Previous Management Experience Required
$42,000–$46,000 base salary + monthly bonus opportunities of up to 10,000 annually*

Bonus opportunities are tied to membership growth, average ticket performance, gift card sales, spa revenue goals, and team sales results. *Bonus opportunities are paid out quarterly of up to $2500, based on agreed upon incentive plan.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Montgomeryville is looking for a local, sales-focused leader who can run the spa day to day, coach a front desk sales team, and help grow a busy membership-based wellness business. This is a great fit for someone in the Montgomeryville, North Wales. or Landsdale area who has managed in spa, salon, retail, fitness, hospitality, or another customer-facing sales environment.

This role is a strong fit for someone who lives nearby, understands the local community, and can be consistently present for the team, members, and day-to-day needs of the spa. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a local business, build relationships with guests and team members, and take ownership of sales, service, and daily operations.

What you’ll do as Spa Sales Manager

·       Lead daily spa operations and keep the business running smoothly

·       Coach the front desk team to sell memberships, gift cards, enhancements, and retail products

·       Track performance metrics and hold the team accountable to sales and service goals

·       Improve guest retention, average ticket, and membership growth

·       Create a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, guests, and employees

·       Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and team development

·       Handle guest concerns professionally and protect the spa’s service standards

·       Build local awareness through community outreach and neighborhood partnerships

·       Maintain spa cleanliness, inventory, compliance, and brand standards

What we’re looking for

·       2+ years of leadership experience in retail, spa, salon, fitness, hospitality, customer service, or membership-based sales

·       Confidence coaching a team to meet sales goals and service standards

·       Strong accountability mindset; comfortable using numbers, reports, and goals to drive decisions

·       Professional, dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment

·       A people-first leadership style with the ability to give feedback and follow through

·       Comfortable working a retail-style schedule, including some evenings and weekends

·       Spa, salon, wellness, or beauty industry experience is a plus, but not required
