We're looking for a Technical Configuration & Delivery Manager to own the operational backbone of our growing digital product organization. Since standing up our technology function, we've onboarded 20β25 net-new applications across the business β and this role owns all of it.
Access control, user provisioning, system configuration, and ensuring every tool is set up and operating the way the business needs it. Layered on top of that is full application support for the products we're actively building, managing the intake, triage, and routing of support requests from both internal teams and external users. This role is the connective tissue between engineering and the rest of the organization.
What You'll Do
- Own access control, user provisioning, and configuration management across 20+ business applications
Serve as the primary administrator for core platforms β ensuring every system is configured, documented, and maintained to a defined baseline - Establish and enforce change control processes for system configuration updates across the application portfolio
- Build and manage our application support function from the ground up β defining support channels, SLAs, escalation paths, and intake workflows
- Triage and route inbound support tickets from internal teams and external users to the appropriate engineering or business owner
- Act as the bridge between engineering and the broader organization β translating technical issues into business context and vice versa
- Maintain operational runbooks, configuration documentation, and system administration standards across all platforms
- Coordinate technical delivery across workstreams β tracking milestones, surfacing dependencies, and keeping initiatives on schedule in an Agile environment
- Support the configuration and administration of the platforms being built within the Reveal app ecosystem
Must-Have Skills
- 5-7 years' experience in a similar role or with similar experience
- Hands-on experience managing and administering a broad portfolio of SaaS and custom applications
Strong background in access control, user provisioning, and system configuration management - Experience building application support functions from scratch β ticketing systems, support channels, escalation workflows, and SLA frameworks
- Familiarity with ITSM or service management principles (ITIL a plus)
Comfortable working within Agile delivery environments β familiar with sprint cycles, backlog management, and release coordination - Experience with change control and configuration management practices
- Strong cross-functional communication β able to work across engineering, product, and business teams
- Detail-oriented with a strong bias toward documentation and process standardization
