Requirements

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features and benefits
Present products and financing options to finalize transactions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and promotions
Follow up with potential customers and manage leads effectively
Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience
Participate in training and development programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required; we provide comprehensive training for new hires
Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
A self-motivated attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
