Description

Performance Lexus is looking for experienced, no-nonsense Used Car Technicians to join our busy shop. You’ll handle the real work: inspecting, diagnosing, and fixing used vehicles right the first time, so we can get them back on the road and keep customers happy. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 Per Flat-Rate Hour, depending on your skill, knowledge, and ability.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Off Saturday and Sunday!

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Inspect and diagnose used vehicles for issues.
Perform maintenance and repair work.
Replace faulty parts and ensure vehicles meet safety standards.
Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and performance.
Document all work performed.
Communicate repairs and findings to service advisors or customers.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of automotive repair experience.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of automotive systems and tools.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Attention to detail and good communication skills.
