The Warehouse Logistics Supervisor leads end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inbound/outbound movement, accurate ERP data, and timely stock availability for production. It oversees adherence to warehouse SOPs, Good Warehouse Practices, and regular audit compliance. The position also focuses on cross-functional coordination and building team capability, performance, and morale.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee end-to-end inventory operations, including receiving, storage, material issuance, and stock reconciliation
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company standards
  • Monitor inventory levels, analyze consumption trends, and ensure optimum stock availability without overstocking
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and variance investigations; implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Maintain accurate inventory data in ERP systems, ensuring timely updates and error-free transactions
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and planning teams to align material availability with operational requirements
  • Ensure strict adherence to Good Warehouse Practices (GWP), warehouse SOPs, and audit requirements
  • Develop inventory forecasts, ageing analysis, and slow/non-moving stock reports for management review
  • Manage the disposal or reclassification of obsolete, expired, or damaged stock as per policy
  • Real-time and accurate dispatch of finished products including real-time and accurate invoicing for dispatched products to customers

Team Management:

  • Supervise inventory and warehouse staff, ensuring clear allocation of responsibilities and performance expectations
  • Build team capability through training on ERP, SOPs, safety, hygiene, and good warehouse practices
  • Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure adherence to company safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements within the warehouse
  • Support internal and external audits related to inventory, safety, and quality systems
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation for compliance and audit readiness

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with planning to align inventory levels with production requirements
  • Coordinate with procurement on supplier deliveries, quality issues, and replenishment strategies
  • Partner with finance for inventory valuation, reconciliation, and month-end closure activities
  • Collaborate with logistics for smooth material flow, dispatch scheduling, and inbound/outbound accuracy

Basic Minimum Requirements: 

  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, O365, and Power BI
  • 2 or more years hands on experience working with teir 1 ERP solutions (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • 3 or more years experience working in an Logistics environment with exposure in a cGMP/OTC facility
  • Detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • CLT, CLTD Certification
  • Experience working with SAP Material Management, and Warehouse Management modules

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to walk distances, climb stairs, walk on uneven surfaces, and wear required PPE in designated areas
  • Must be able to sit for periods of time working in front of a computer screen
