About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health status.
- Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote their mental and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in caregiving preferred.
- Previous experience in personal care or home health care is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor towards clients.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for live-in shifts as needed.
