ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

路 Answer and direct phone calls for the department

路 Write and distribute correspondence to Members.

路 Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

路 Maintain filing system and update as needed

路 Order office supplies and research pricing and suppliers as needed

路 Maintain contact lists

路 Act as the point of contact for members and guests.

路 Coordinate with executive and administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from leadership team

路 Performing other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

路 2-3 years of administrative experience

路 Previous hospitality experience is beneficial

路 Working knowledge of office equipment, including computers, and printers.

路 Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint in particular)

路 Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

路 Attention to detail and problem solving

路 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

路 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

路 Self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented

路 Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

EDUCATION:

High school diploma required, College degree preferred

APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:

Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.

Must possess a valid Texas Driver鈥檚 License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Our property sits on 767 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
