Your Role:
As a Physical Therapist at StoneStar Health, you will:
- Evaluate patients to assess their physical condition and identify therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functionality.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises and manual techniques, tailored to each patient’s goals.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery processes, including exercises and prevention strategies.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

Requirements
Skills
- Proven work experience as a physical therapist
- Intensive education and clinical expertise
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Drive to continually learn and grow
- Professional behavior
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Valid Alabama license to practice physical therapy
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy (New grads welcomed)
Experience:
- Patient care: 1 year (Preferred)
- New Grads welcomed
License/Certification:
- Physical Therapy License (Alabama)
