We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to serve as the operational right
hand to our Director of Marketing. This generalist role is designed to own execution
across traditional marketing channels, maintain brand integrity, and lead the field
marketing team. The ideal candidate is a versatile, organized leader who is equally
comfortable managing a team, reviewing creative, planning a media buy, and presenting results to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day execution of campaigns across traditional channels including
    print, direct mail, OOH, radio, and broadcast
  • Manage media planning and buying relationships with vendors, agencies, and
    partners
  • Maintain brand guidelines, asset libraries, and templates; support any brand
    refresh initiatives
  • Directly manage and develop the field marketing team, setting clear goals and
    conducting regular performance reviews
  • Build and execute regional event strategies including trade shows, community
    events, sponsorships, and events in our showroom
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for leadership,
    tracking spend, KPIs, and ROI
  • Assist with annual marketing planning and budgeting in partnership with the
    Director of Marketing
  • Aggregate field insights and competitive intelligence to inform broader marketing strategy
  • Meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Ensure regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Operate safely in all conditions.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
