Shift: Monday - Friday from 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (This is a site leader role that can require a flexible schedule)

Location: 201 Progress Dr. Montgomeryville, PA 18936.  This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $84,000 - $105,000, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $105,000 - $126,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

The Must-Haves:  

  • GED/Diploma required; college degree preferred 
  • Four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation or can be less if a college degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, 1 of which is in a similar industry 
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills
  • Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback 
  • Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment 

Your Mission in Motion: 

  • You will lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • You will drive operational excellence by analyzing KPIs, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and labor standards.
  • You will oversee daily labor planning and sort operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and ensure resource alignment.
  • You will champion a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to key protocols such as dock safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • You will build strong relationships with Contracted Service Providers (RSPs), managing contractual performance and facilitating clear, ongoing communication.
  • You will maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor, ensuring operational readiness, materials availability, and continuous process efficiency.

The salary range above represents the national range for this position. The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base salary offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: Geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations.
