Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and utilize standard MOR reporting with continuous improvements and refinements, as needed
- Provide various extractions and analysis of MAT (Manpower Allocation Tool)/EOC data
- Support and provide resource management and financial data as needed in staff meetings and MORs
- Analyze demand and supply variances (Fill rate)Â
- Report and forecast engineering utilization – Direct charge hours supplied v. census capacity and provide variance analysis
- Coordinate and maintain various tasks related to department budgets and census including forecast, tracking, reporting, and analyzing/reconciling variancesÂ
- Report all relevant business and engineering trend metrics related to COEs, programs, and resources
