Our Shipping and Receiving team plays a critical role in supporting our business operations and warehouse success. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently according to established procedures.
  • Perform all receiving activities and maintain timely and accurate receiving documentation.
  • Receive, store, organize, and prepare inventory for shipment.
  • Pick, pack, label, and ship orders using established instructions and procedures.
  • Ensure shipments comply with DOT, IATA, and other applicable transportation regulations.
  • Process material returns and complete associated documentation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through bin location management and cycle count activities.
  • Coordinate the unloading of incoming materials and bulk shipments as required.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain clean, organized Receiving and Finished Goods warehouse areas.
  • Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Accounting, Purchasing, and Scheduling teams to support business operations.
  • Participate in training, cross-training, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production, quality, and customer service goals.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • General computer skills with the ability to work in inventory and material movement databases.
  • Knowledge of shipping regulations, including DOT, IATA, and IMDG requirements, or the ability to obtain required certifications.
  • Ability to read and follow picking tickets, packing instructions, labels, and verbal directions.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation Information:

The salary for this role is $22.50 - $26.00/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
