Principal Accountabilities
- Start up and shut down of a production line, making mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting equipmentÂ
- Ensure all production paperwork is completed, which will require basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)Â
- Responsible for containing and proactively addressing potential problems that may arise to limit disruptions to productionÂ
- Ensuring all processing steps have been completed, and a quality product is delivered to the customer (all food handler tasks were completed properly; i.e. proper packaging, weights are in acceptable range)Â
- Maintain adherence to all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and ProceduresÂ
- Follow and champion personal and food safety policies and procedures as well as reporting all concerns or violations to the Leadership TeamÂ
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to perform basic math such as Addition, Subtraction, Division, and Multiplication
- Must be willing to work in hot, cold and wet environment with cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends and/or holidays as needed with advanced notice

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous food manufacturing experience
- Previous experience in a fast paced, safety focused environment
- Ability to carry out assigned projects with little to no supervision  Â
