Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew (Part-Time)
Location: Monroe, WI About the Role
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting, assembling, and disassembling event displays for various local events, shows, and promotions.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being part of a team, and working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

Load, transport, set up, and tear down event displays and materials
Drive a company-provided truck and trailer to and from event locations
Ensure all displays are assembled safely and professionally
Maintain the condition and organization of equipment and materials
Work closely with team members to meet setup and breakdown timelines

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Ability and willingness to perform heavy lifting and move large displays
Comfortable driving a truck and trailer
Availability to work weekends
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
Experience with event setup, construction, or similar physical work is a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
