Job DetailsJob Location: Monticello, MN 55362Position Type: SeasonalSalary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 HourlyPOSITION SUMMARY: The seasonal Greenhouse Labor position travels (often overnight) through the week in a semi or box truck to our retail locations to assemble temporary greenhouses in the retail locations we serve in MN and surrounding states from approximately March 16-May 1, 2026. There may be opportunities to work in the greenhouse facility from approximately early May-early July. From July 6-July 25, this position will travel to the same retail locations to disassemble the greenhouses. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (comprehensive, but not limited to): Road Crew Responsibilities: Weekly travel (including overnights) to retail locations. (Lodging expense and meal allowances are provided.) Work on road crew team in set up and tear down of seasonal greenhouses at our retail locations. Greenhouse Facility Responsibilities: Be flexible in the needs that arise in the facility. May be asked to work in shipping, plant care or production. Warehouse duties as assigned.   QualificationsEXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Basic hand tool experience. Basic construction or handyman experience preferred. Ability to be on the road for 5-6 nights at time during peak season (lodging expense and meal allowances are provided.) Able to work on a team, take direction and promote safe working habits.   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Dedicated to details and follow through. Demonstrates a strong work ethic, flexible with work hours, and willing to be available when necessary.
