A personal care home in Montoursville, PA is seeking personal care assistants (PCA) to be part of enriching the daily lives of our residents. The fulfilment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this position. Previous experience in personal care for the elderly is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!

Our personal care assistants (PCA) are responsible for assisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry and transportation to/from the dining room.

Available shift times include

• Full Time - 7am to 3pm - Every other weekend required
• Full Time - 3pm to 11pm - Every other weekend required 
• Full- Time- 11pm to 7 am - Every other weekend required 

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as personal care assistant is preferred
• Committed to health & safety
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Positive and compassionate attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent is required by law
