Mechanic/Fabricator/Technician - RW Connection (Mill Hall, PA)

R/W Connection Inc., Central Pennsylvania’s leading distributor of Industrial Hose, Conveyor Belt, Gaskets, and Industrial Supplies for over 60 years, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team.

Job Summary:

This full-time position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in hydraulic and industrial hose assembly, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This position will be located at our customer location in Mill Hall, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies to customer specifications.
• Manage inventory, including organization, stocking, and order fulfillment.
• Assist customers with product selection and technical support.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment.
• Hydraulic experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
