Early Intervention Physical Therapist - PRN

U.S. Healthcare Services provides both in-home and community-based therapy services to children in Early Intervention (birth - 3 years old). We are currently seeking a pediatric Physical Therapist to provide Early Intervention services in Susquehanna County, PA.

Opportunities are for per-diem independent contract work that is flexible and convenient.

Pay: $80-$85/hr.

Qualifications:

• Current PA PT license
• One year of pediatric experience, preferred

Responsibilities:

• To provide individualized therapy services to children 0-3
• To actively engage with families and educate them on recommendations/strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation
