Hospice Registered Nurse, Weekend Float (Montrose)

Float RN – Montrose Community Hospice | Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (plus one additional day of the week) 8am-5pm| $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

 Location: Montrose, Colorado
 Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
 Pay Range: Weekend differential of $5/hr for Sat-Sun 
 ASN: $35.02–$38.75/hour
 BSN: $36.20–$40.05/hour

Float RN’s have a unique opportunity to see a variety of patients, complete admissions and be support to their team during coverage needs. We provide care wherever our patients call home - private homes, nursing homes, group homes or assisted living facilities.

 What You Bring:

• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Experience in home health, hospice, or acute care strongly preferred
• Current Colorado RN license maintained throughout employment
• Current CPR certification maintained throughout employment
• Valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate emotional or high-stress situations with professionalism and compassion
• Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications
